I’ve used both the app and the website, they both run smoothly. Nothing really stood out as frustrating, and my gut feeling is that they’ve done a solid job keeping things simple and easy to use

"Good value, especially during sales!"
I usually check Flipkart whenever I’m comparing prices, a lot of the time it turns out cheaper than nearby local shops. Plus, the bank offers make the final price feel even better!! Delivery hasn’t always been super quick for me, but considering the price I’m paying, I’m okay with it. Packaging has been decent so far too. Overall, I’d say Flipkart is good value for money, especially during sale days... not perfect, but price-wise I’m happy and I’ll keep ordering

"Handy, but communication could be clearer"
I use Flipkart often because I can find almost everything in one place. Phones, cables, home items, and even small daily-use stuff are usually available whenever I need them. Sometimes the size or color I want goes out of stock, but it usually comes back after a while. My only real annoyance is that the communication isn’t always clear, especially around stock updates or delivery details, so I end up checking again and again. Still, overall it’s convenient and saves me the trouble of browsing multiple sites.

"Decent replacement, but something feels off"
The replacement arrived on time, so no issue with the delivery. But after using it, something feels a bit off about the quality. It’s not exactly bad, just feels average, and I expected a little better from Flipkart

I found some really nice offers on a phone and a few home items. The prices seemed lower than what I was seeing on other sites during the sale, so I assumed the discounts were actually decent. "Came in Perfect Condition"
I got my order from Flipkart yesterday everything was fine. The box wasn’t crushed, the seal was intact, and the product inside was clean with no scratches or dents. I was a bit worried after seeing some other reviews, and I’m sure many customers feel the same before ordering, but in my case it arrived like a brand-new item. All the items were included in the packet, and even the delivery was handled properly. Overall, I’m happy with the condition and would give it 5 stars.

My order ended up arriving later than expected, and the seller took quite a while to get back to me. To be fair, the product itself was fine once it got here, so I don’t really have complaints about the item, just the delivery and communication could’ve been better.

My order arrived on time, so that part was good. The product itself was totally fine too. But the delivery guy was a bit rude on the call and sounded like he was in a HUGE rush. He didn’t really answer my questions properly, which was a little frustrating. Overall, the item was okay, but the delivery experience definitely needs improvement

I ordered this phone from Flipkart i was a bit doubtful at first. But the box came properly sealed, the warranty checked out fine, and it looks original as far as I can tell. Delivery was also okay, nothing exceptional but no issues either. I guess I’m happy with it overall.

I order from Flipkart once in a while and most of the time the delivery is okay. Some orders come earlier than expected which is nice but a few have also been late without any proper update so it feels a bit unreliable.
The delivery people have usually been polite so I do not have much complaint there. The tracking can get confusing though and the delivery date changes suddenly sometimes. Overall it is not a bad experience but it could definitely be better.
